Double Chocolate Caramel Fudge Cake Cook time: 1h 0m Ingredients: Cake Ingredients: 2 cups cake flour 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup Stork Bake 2 cups sugar 3 large eggs 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 90g unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled* 1 cup sour cream 1 cup boiling water *Melt chocolate in double boiler over simmer Filling Ingredients: 1/2 cup Stork Bake 350g crème caramel sweets 1 can condensed milk Method: 1.Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 cake pan. Set aside. 2.Sift together the cake flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. Beat the Stork Bake and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. 3.Blend in the eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla and melted chocolate. Alternately add the dry ingredients and the sour cream to the butter mixture. 4.Beat well after each addition. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Divide cake batter in half. Pour one half into the prepared cake pan. 5.Bake 20 - 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch, and remove from the oven. 6.Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Brush a ridged skillet pan lightly with oil. Allow to heat up on stove. Drain excess marinade from chicken and place on skillet. Grill chicken for 10- 15 mins on high, turning over to ensure it is cooked through. Remove from pan and slice. Heat the excess marinade in a saucepan. Salad: 1/2 packet Mixed Italian Salad 4 sticks celery 1 small red onion 1 large avocado 2 carrots julienned Sliced peppadew Angel hair pasta Separate the strands of the angel hair pasta, toss in a few drops of oil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees until brown and crunchy. Dip fried chicken in the sauce and place on a foil covered tray. Sprinkle sesame seeds n grill for a few min. Take left over sauce add another 4tblsp tomato sauce 2 tblsp lemon juice n 2 tblsp crystal sauce. Heat n serve with chick. Wash and drain. Combine spices with tomato paste, peri peri oil, lemon juice and marinate the chicken. Leave for 3 to 4 hours.THEN - Heat ghee in a large frying pan and fry the chicken. Remove the chicken from the ghee and leave aside.Combine the sauce ingredients together and add the left over marinade and ghee. Pour over the sauce mixture and place in an oven tray. Cover with foil. Bake @180c for 30 minutes.
