From John Bullard: Chucks sister and brother-in-law are Gayle and Wayne Walker of Madison. He attended Madison High School. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at All Saints Anglican Church for Charles Chuck Lynch Caldwell, 66, Attalla, who went to be with his Lord on November 19, 2013. Father Rodney Jackson will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Oneonta. Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory directing.Mr. Caldwell was a founding member of All Saints Anglican Church in Boaz, Ala. A member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Capt. John Rayburn Camp 452 (Boaz) and also a past member of the 48th Alabama Reenactment Group, he took great pride in doing his part to portray Civil War history. Chuck retired from Action Resources Trucking Company. He also honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War. Preceding him in death were his parents, Charles Clemmons Caldwell and Ruth Edwards Watts Caldwell; and stepson, Bryan Keith Box.Survivors: loving wife, Glenna Boyd Caldwell of Attalla; daughters, Heather Caldwell, Kimberly Caldwell Navarro (husband, Joe); sisters, Gayle Elizabeth Walker (husband, Wayne), Patrice Barfield (husband, Steve), Sue Hagan; brother, William Edward Caldwell (wife, Barbara); along with six grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.Pallbearers: Hunter Phillips, Gary Carlyle, Paul Stephenson, David Currey, Billy Price, Mike Brown, David Welch.Honorary pallbearer: Mike Brindley.Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
