From Johnson County Conservation: Some Johnson County parks, including Hills Access, River Junction Access and the Clear Creek Trail west of Tiffin are currently closed due to flooding or impending flood conditions. These areas will remain closed until they can be safely reopened to the public. The public should not utilize these areas until further notice.
