If folks want to do some court support on Thursday, many of those arrested attempting to reoccupy Shemanski Park 3 years ago during the Occupy movement are finally getting our day in court with a jury trial. We had to fight all the way to the state supreme court to get our constitutional right to public defenders and a trial by jury after the city and the DA tried to prevent us from having those rights, and we finally go to court on Thursday.
