From Kirksman Teo of Lifthard. Since this injury began, my numbers steadily dropped and my pain steadily rose. Ive had; 1. Massive hip flexor pain on the right 2. No ability to extend my hips fully thus constantly knocking my bar when lifting 3. Inability to hold any static positions due to the lack of stability 4. A constantly tilted body that would cause my right shoulder/hip/foot to be forward and my left to just drag. 5. Inability to keep my feet forward 6. Joint pains 7. Lethargy & lack of motivation because I was constantly in pain (6 years) 8. Inability to train consistently enough to raise my numbers because of the sickening pain in every joint you can imagine 9. A right hip capsule that pops out all the time Ive met and done; 1. Dry needling 2. Massage (helped tremendously but didnt quite fix it) 3. Chiro 4. Physio 5. MRI 6. X-ray for bone issues 7. Orthotics Spent thousands and been in massive pain for yonks After your corrections Antony PhysioDetective Lo; 1. I snatched 100KGs for doubles today (after missing 95 in front of you twice this morning). 2. NO PUBIC BONE PAIN though I really attacked the bar. My knees were driving stupid straight. It felt like how I previously felt before the decline. I could actually EXTEND my knee STRAIGHT UP! My elbows were moving super straight up, because I could keep my t-spine straight instead of corking over. 3. My left glute cramped in a few sets in the beginning because it was actually firing. 4. I cannot crack my neck or my hip or my knee in the past few hours because theres nothing to crack 5. I did overhead presses and front lateral raises with NO pain and my body wasnt curling forward to find space while behind neck pressing 6. Fell over twice when jumping because I could find that Float all over again and I was 7. That unstretchable hip flexor? Just did a legitimate wall hip flexor stretch with my shoulders, hip and knee stacked in a straight line, BOTH legs. 8. My adductor/hamstring cramp that I get every time I walk long distances in cold weathers, gone. Steffen Fisker Rydahl Rasmussen , remember this when we were in Copenhagen and I had to rush to that Asian store to get some warmth? Cat Ridout last week after having pho? 9. That annoying bone that feels like its popping out my acetabulum head, its not there anymore 10. Just did 1 minute, one legged balances, no problem 11. Held a HANDSTAND (not my retarded handwalk) for 5 seconds which was limited by my wrist yelling No, were not strong enough yet) 12. My feet, they have arches! The downside? My trunk is tired. I seriously cannot thank you enough, for what youve helped me with. Thisll help me train regularly again and get my lifting career restarted. Sorry for the essay, but THANK YOU!!
