From Liberty & Leviathan: I suppose, somewhere in the Police State Handbook, it says that whenever your heavily-armed squad is afraid and outnumbered by a single homeless man who is reported to be sleeping in the foothills, and you ascertain that all your lives are indeed in danger, the proper response is to trick him into agreeing to come down, then when hes not looking, toss a flash grenade, and open fire. Then, as hes laying there bleeding to death, hit him with a few more beanbag rounds, and when he doesnt respond, you should sick an attack dog on him just to be sure. Another question: how much help could this homeless man have received with the amount of tax dollars that went into funding this outrageous incident? All those salaries, equipment, fuel, time, etc?
