Guest said that her clothing was very wet John from the rain and her tour whale watching. Guest has asked to mention this to you and has asked for comp laundry service. Thank you & Kind Regards Guest Services Supervisor, Carnival Miracle Carnival Cruise Lines So, she is talking about the ponchos that the Seven Seas ship seems to have given their guests. Is there an expectation that we should provide these? I mean, this is Alaska and it rains, I think most understand that. We used to sell them some years ago for about $4 or so but do we need to have these on board ? Good advertising if we had Carnival on the back but…………..do we need them, would you buy one ? cheers
