Coach, I hope this email finds you doing well. I wanted to take a moment and invite your team to participate in an exciting opportunity this summer at Training Camp at beautiful Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. This year, we will be hosting youth football teams to come up and join us to start practice each afternoon. We would like to extend the invitation to your organization for one group of 30 players to join us. I have attached the schedule for you to choose. We will have two different teams each day (60 players total) come in their jerseys and join us for a little football clinic, and then make the tunnel for the players to walk through as they go to practice. The tentative schedule would look like this: · Arrival – two hours prior to practice (1pm on most days) · Bus parking available (but need to limit to one or two per team) · 1:30-2pm – mini football clinic · 2:30 – make tunnel for players · 3:15pm – move to general viewing area for practice · 5pm – practice ends Please review the attached schedule and reply to my email and cc [email protected] so we can book your date. Please keep in mind that this is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We only have 15 open practice dates, so that is only 30 teams that we can accommodate. So please reply quickly with your available dates. Many of the weekend days are already filling up fast. Once we fill up, that is all we will have room for. We hope you are able to join us for this awesome experience for the kids!!
