From Melissa E: I’m so excited, that I just had to share this!!! My husband lost over 100 pounds over the last year by changing his diet and taking on running/triathlons. I’m so proud of his accomplishments. Even though he’s at the healthiest he’s ever been in his life, his blood pressure was still out of control, and he needs to take medication daily to keep it in check. He’s tried several times to get off of it, but after 2-3 days of not taking his BP meds, he gets terrible headaches, and when he’d take his BP, it would be off the charts, so he’d have to start taking them again. Well for the last week, he’s been drinking Slim consistently with no meds because he ran out of his pills. He realized that he hadn’t been getting headaches even though he hadn’t been taking his BP pills. Today at work, he took his BP, and it was normal…123/74 to be exact!!! You don’t know how happy this makes me. I think this is just the beginning of his journey towards better blood pressure, WITHOUT meds!!! In addition to this, he says he has more energy and has been having awesome sleep! I am so happy that I took the leap of faith to give Plexus a try, and I feel blessed that now my hubby can take care of his health without the use of meds!
