From Mike Inemer..Finnegan Nyb ATTENTION ALL SOUTHWEST PHILLY, SWFCA, BURRS, FAMILY, FRIENDS, and all you wastebookers, twat n tweeters, and whatever other secret ways you have to communicate….It is a little late, but it is time to spread the word for our annual guestbartending weekend update for this Friday nite, July 4th and Sunday, July 6th. We all know why Keenans expanded their outside bar to 4 blocks wide. It helps Scott IT Barnes’ cranium, but it was mainly for this SWFCA Friday guest bartending nite, starting at 7pm sharp till 9pm. Be there or be square as these characters would say. Here is your all-star line up........Drum roll please: 1) Geno Peyton Manning Reilly, 2) Gary John Goodman Smith, 3) Billy Blue eyes and “I still have better hair than RJ” Corsetti, 4) Joe I only serve Busch Rodia, and 5) who just so happens to be in town to promote the Phillies , none other than Rob Tom McCarthy Costello! Okay, that brings us to Saturday nite, the SWFCA banquet starting at 6pm SHARP! We are honoring our very own Billy blue-eyes Corsetti as Father of the Year and Joey Craig Sager Nace is receiving the 2014 Spirit of Southwest Philly Award. On Sunday, for all of you out there that are hungover, too young or too old for Burrs, or wanna hang with the aging 67th Streeters, or just bored and wanna have some fun and watch the falling, I mean fighting Phillies road to recovery, come on down to the I House, oops we mean the ICE HOUSE at 12:00 sharp. The house that Brian McGuire built! (located at the corner of W. Davis Ave. & Park Blvd in Wildwood). Our bartender line up for today of course is Brian McGuire and Mikey I Inemer Sr (who also is aging rapidly but can still pour a mean hangover bloody). So, come on out and have some fun. Enjoy, be safe, hope all is well, take a cab, don’t drink and drive!
