Sub: Peaceful Protest by Fasting till death before the court of Hon’ble Chief Justice of Bombay High Court against grave injustice,violation of human rights and deeply wounded by law and corrupt judiciary since last 28 years . Ref.: Complaint Dt.10.8.2014 to you all wherein facts as regards corrupt judiciary have been placed by me which compelling common people to take drastic step of end the life. Respected Sir, 1) Fisrt time in my life time I received a response and a reply from the present Govt. Of India. I am gratefully obliged to our Hon’ble Prime Minister of our country who cares for common people . 2) But I am pained to say that corrupt judiciary has become a trade union to exploite the common people at the cost of their life. Time to time I have brought the facts through my 10 complaints before Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court,Mumbai the facts as regards huge corruption by judiciary causing grave injustice to me. But till today they have not replied to my any letters. On my enquiry to letter dt. 1.8.2012 ,not giving me any reply what enquiry they have made against corrupt judges though I have placed all facts on my affidavit. Even I brought the facts on my affidavit that corrupt magistrate in conspiracy with advocates have thrown my land property in the throght of builder within 4 months by fraud on court , without making me a party in said suit and by forgding the revenue record of my land, given to me for my survival by my late mother. 3) I have also brought the facts that I have no source of income except said land property as whatever amount bequithed by my late mother has been invested by me, but said investment is also misappropriated by habitual offender Motilal Oswal ,a chairman of Motilal Oswal securities Ltd. And Ramniklal Shah and Natwarlal Shah and in the said cases also corrupt magistrate has been played a vital role to support said accused which I have been placed on my affidavit. All these facts I again and again brought before Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court,Mumbai & urged for justice but all the time except dates after dates no justice is given to me .By complaint dt.19.9.2014 ,and complaint dt.30.9.2014 I again reminded these facts to Hon’ble Chief Justice,Hon’ble Registrar Genral and Registrar of Bombay High Court and urged to give justice to me. But it appears to me that corruption in judiciary has reached to its height and became heartless to hear any genuine grivence of common people. Thus after huge suffering from grave injustice at the hands of corrupt judiciary I have decided to end the life by fasting till my death by peaceful protest against said grave injustice on me. 4) I must point out the fact that earlier also I became the victim of injustice at the hands of then Chief Justice of High Court ,Bombay who in the year 1994 blindly directed me to vacate my one room of shelter at my matrimonial house situate at Shivaji Park,Mumbai which was awarded to me by final order & Judgment dt.21.8.1992 in FCA No.37/1992 with seperate entrance and with direction to my husband and in-laws not to interfere in my stay as they found cruelty on wife for dowry. I am pained to say that said Chief Justice was caught in violation of FERA act as he has taken bribe of Rs.70 lakh from most wanted terrorist Iqbal Mirchi. The said news was published in all newspaper. How the said CJ has caused grave injustice on me is also publied at that time in various newspaper. The paper cutting of Mid-Day is herein annexed for Your Honor’s kind perusal. 5) Thus ,suffering since last 28 years ,it appears to me that corrupt judicial officers have neither respect for law of land and violating the human rights of common people of our country which made my life miserable since last 28 years and I lost not only my all wealth but also suffered from 3 times tuberculosis, lost all teeth at very young age, hyper tension,hyper acidity, back ache , thyroid and many ailments while running from pillar to post by carrying 5 to 10 kg. Court papers every time which gives shoulder pain now and then. Now I am exhausted and it gives me feeling that corrupt judicial officers who have become heartless will never give me justice which compelled me to take decision of ending the life before the court of CJ, High Court,Bombay by fasting till death. 6) I most respectfully request to donate my all useful organs to needy & poor people ,in case of my death during this protest by fasting. I also request to all common people of our country through this letter to unite togather and fight against corrupt judiciary which is the root cause of all evils in country.I further request you all to follow the cases even after my death ,and make a trust of my all wealth and use it for giving ROSHANI (Eye Sight) to eye patient so that I could continue the wish of my late mother which I have strated in the year 2003 and in the year 2004 by arranging and financing Free Eye Camp at village Chinchani at Mahaveer Nagar and at Masoli in Gyanvardhini School at Dahanu ,wherin thousands of poor people were benifited and operated for cataract, but unfortunately I could not continue said work further due to corrupt judiciary who supports to accused without respecting to evidence on record of the court who misused the power to harass by giving tarikh pe tarikh and violated my human rights and denied justice to me.
