From News paper. Bongani Nkabinde’s horrible killing at school left Mzansi reeling in shock last week. The 18-year-old pupil was laid to rest at his home on Saturday. His family said they were ready to forgive. He was a grade nine pupil at Sizimisele High School at Allen Farm, Dannhauser, KZN Midlands. His schoolmates and neighbours came out in large numbers to pay their last respects to him. His traditional dance group, Abaphumeleli, bade farewell to him with songs and dance. He was allegedly killed with his own spear by a rival group after he accused them of stealing their song and dance moves. Bongani’s father, Nkosingiphile Nkabinde (41), said that it was sad his son’s passion for traditional music had led to his death. “I hated his passion for Zulu dance from the beginning. I used to tell him to focus on playing soccer. I eventually gave up on changing his mind because I could see how his eyes lit up when he talked about it,” he said.
