Normalcy and peace in Swat has returned with untiring efforts and sacrifices of Army and civilians. As a result, large number of tourists have started visiting Swat. Recently held Swat summer Festival at Kalam is a true illustration of return of normalcy in the area. 2. Revival of Cedar Golf Club Kabal is a high mark in Swat peace process. The Cedar Golf Club (CGC) is affiliated with Pakistan Golf Federation. 1st Swat Open Golf tournament is being organized from 28 August to 1st September 2013 after complete renovation of Cedar Golf Club. The mega event is expected to be attended by 250-300 professional / amateur golfers and will be covered by all leading national / international electronic and print media. 3.
