From Pastor Bright: Read and Declare to Maintain your Choice as Jesus! Theme: THE POWER OF CHOICE! The biggest question many people ask including some Christians is, “Why is Satan at all?” Some don’t even believe Satan exists but the Word of God cannot be falsified to suit the tradition of men. Satan is NOT an opposite or alternative to God. As God did not create man as robot to be remotely controlled, so was Satan. It was a choice Satan made to oppose everything that is good. As Satan was given the power of choice so was man. SATAN CAN TRY TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM U BUT HE CANNOT TAKE FROM U THE POWER TO CHOOSE JESUS CHRIST. When a child chooses to oppose the father, that does not mean the father begot him for evil. What makes U in an image of God, according to His likeness is the power of choice He gave U. Gen. 1:26. God chooses U when U surrender your choice to worship Him. Hell was not made for man but Satan and his agents. To go to hell is a choice by an individual. U can’t blame Satan if U have not made it to heaven. U have the will power to “submit to God and resist the devil and he will flee from you.” James 4:7. Satan had been overcome by the WORD OF THE LORD. Jesus Christ is the Word of the LORD. Jh. 1:1, 14. Listen to Jesus, I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven. Lk. 10:18-20. Apostle John says that believers can overcome Satan when the word of God abides in them. 1Jh. 2:14. Jesus overcame Satan with Scriptures when he tempted him. Mat. 4:1-10. Paul tells us that the sword of the Spirit (God’s Word), is our only offensive weapon against Satan Eph. 6:13-17. Satan is no more your biggest battle but your power of choice; because he can only get U through your weakness. Tomorrow, I will deal with the battlefield. MEDITATION: How to always make the right choice (Jesus), how to overcome Satan with the Word of God. DECLARATION: LORD, today, I (name) declare that nothing on earth or in heaven will make me choose anything other than Jesus; in Jesus Christ name!!! PRAYER: As U declare, May your choice for Jesus resist the devil from your life in Jesus Christ name!!!!!!!
