From Psychic Advisor André to you: Wont you be my neighbor! I remember going through aggravation with neighbors, arguing, fighting, banging, loud ass music upstairs, street parking conflicts, barking dogs, loud car music, people breaking into people houses, mattresses and trash left in hallways, and more! Im glad Im no longer in the middle of this shit! But I must say, I never knew there was so much anarchy and disorder with neighbors until I looked on Youtube. After awhile your neighbor noise will make you so crazy that you will start to look for the noise. Then it will seems like you have become the problem. Let me assure you.....Its just residue from the stress youve been going through. Now your mind will have almost NO TOLERANCE FOR NOISE! The least little noise you hear will make you want to knock on their door and scream, or call the police! ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS is that most of these apartments are poorly built! Thin walls, and hardly any insulation! Then comes the tramp style people who dont know how to live outside of a cage! We grow up making noise as children and not caring about such things as other peoples noise. And then as we get older, some of us leave the noisy ways behind and grow up....And some of us dont! Wow and wow! Pray you find a better residence. Keep seeing it in your mind. You actually placed yourself where you are. So you can place yourself in a better place. I did! I call this one: What is that goddam noise?
