I am curious, and imagine how to apply future trends to my business to stay ahead. 2. I am comfortable asking provocative questions to stretch the organization’s thinking. 3. Our organization is constantly looking forward to the next five to ten years, and actively seeks solutions on how to stay ahead of the curve. 4. I often look at what other companies and industries adjacent or even unrelated to ours are doing. I strive to learn from them, and apply their best practices to our own work. 5. I can think on my feet and nimbly change directions when faced with unforeseen challenges. 6. When confronted with a change of plans or restriction, I can come up with good, even better ideas. 7. We constantly seek to do things better than what’s been done before. We push for continual improvement, even if what we’re offering is already successful. 8. We have formal channels and opportunities to collaborate and share best practices so we can learn from each other.
