From Rachel - Good Morning! Again, no more drastic changes in Olivias progress. Her temps are still staying around 98-102. She did have a 102.9 temp yesterday that did not respond too well to Tylenol and she was given Motrin as a last resort. Typically, it is not given to infants under 6 months. We are so thankful there has not been any seizure activity since last Monday. The Doctors made their rounds this morning and we will most likely be moving to the General Floor today. This is one step closer to going home as she is not connected to any monitors. There is a general floor in Childrens but we may be moved to a different hospital that is connected to Childrens by breezeways so it will not be too hard to get us moved. The Doctors goal is to discharge us on the 19th but it all depends on Olivias fevers this week. Brad went home yesterday so that was hard to see him leave. However, it will be good for Sydney to be back home, sleep in her bed, and give my Mom & Dad a break. Please continue to pray for reduced fevers and good days. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV)
