Our theme was; Being A Useful Member of the Body of Christ. Mwari vakatiitira zvakanaka chose. The topic: My People Perish For Lack of Knowledge . For you and me to useful members of the Body of Christ, we should know the purpose of the existence of the Body of Christ which is the church. If you do not know the purpose of a thing you might abuse it. If you are to be useful, remember you are an important part of the Body and also others are equally important. You and me do not become members of the Body of Jesus because one has joined a church, or Sungano yeVarume or Chiedza Chenyika or Varwi VaKristu. You become a member by accepting Jesus as Lord and Saviour of your and baptized by the Holy Spirit in Christ Jesus (Roman 12:3-5; 1 Corinthians 12:13).
