From Rex Mendoza during the seminar " The Financial Advisor People Wants to See" With the market erasing all its gains for the year, share prices are once again at its cheapest for 2013. Again, these are all but global issues (US showing signs on tapering off stimulus activities, China & India’s depressing GDP figures, risk averse attitude of investors etc..) while the Philippine economy remains to be very stable we are not spared from these market shocks. What’s nice about it is that we are not experiencing any crisis and our performance is being driven by local consumption and steady remittances. These are temporary volatilities that can push the PSEi further towards it’s “real” performance levels and we are again being given a chance to come in at discounted prices. Notice that all sectors are down:
