From Robyn Tanksley: A student in our class, Andy Grass, was severely injured yesterday at the coast when a log rolled over him. He is in stable but serious condition. The doctors are happy with his progress and optimistic. I was able to visit Andy today and he was just beginning to communicate with his parents by squeezing their hands to yes or no questions. He says he is not scared and not in pain. I gave him all our best wishes and love and he squeezed my hand in response. If you or your student would like to make/give cards, please have your students bring them in the Monday we get back and I will get them to Andy.
