Roderick B Franklin, Sr. 5th District NOPD Community Affairs Coordinating Sergeant As a requirement of the New Orleans Police Department’s (NOPD) Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Program grant, we are participating in the Community Policing Self-Assessment Tool (CP-SAT), which is an online survey that collects information about our practice of community policing. NOPD is required to participate in this assessment, which you access by clicking the URL below. The CP-SAT will assist NOPD in documenting its progress in our community policing endeavors and allow us to maintain grant compliance. Superintendent Serpas is asking that NOPD community partners complete the survey within the time frame allowed by the administrator, ICF International. Beginning Tuesday, July 22, 2014, the survey will be placed online for a three week period (July 22 thru August 12, 2014). It is estimated that the survey will take approximately (15) minutes to complete.
