Please be aware that there are many fine dealerships in the Baltimore area. We chose Jim Coleman because of your excellent customer service record, but the primary reason why we visited Jim Coleman first (before any other dealership) was the presence of a female sales staff member. Gender should not matter in a business transaction, but in an industry primarily populated by male sales staff members, it is a very visible area of concern for many consumers. Employing female sales staff members signals to potential buyers that Jim Coleman Honda is committed to workplace gender equality. We chose to work with Ms. Stephanie Dewey because she is a female sales person. We continued to work with Ms. Dewey because she is a highly trained professional who met and exceeded our expectations. Ms. Dewey took us through the buying process in a professional and knowledgable manner. Employing humor at key points during the buying negotiations, Ms. Dewey made the buying experience FUN and we actually enjoyed time spent with Ms. Dewey. During our visit to your dealership, we spoke with other individuals and all were cordial, but Ms. Dewey stood out as a consummate professional. Ms. Dewey was informative and relaxed, with a seemingly boundless knowledge about Honda products. During our conversation she quickly understood that our purchase intent was genuine and rather than high pressure sales techniques Ms. Dewey took a conversational approach, answering our questions, posing her own, listening carefully to our responses, and providing all the information we needed to make an informed purchase decision. Ms. Dewey reads people very well and competently closes the deal. In short, Ms. Stephanie Dewey is a valuable asset to Jim Coleman Honda!
