From Tim Ellmore Unfortunately, witchcraft is a belief system - TopicsExpress

From Tim Ellmore Unfortunately, witchcraft is a belief system that many people have adopted because they feel powerless... I believe that those individuals often dont realize the implications that result from adopting evil activities and prayer lives. Hate and a sense of hopelessness are two of the typical reasons that drive people in search of power to lash out at people, and cause misery to others. Of course, rituals often give folks a sense of belonging to such groups. And sometimes folks get involved because they feel rejected from mainstream religious organizations for various reasons. As for me, I will not accept the logic or rationale that people belonging to those groups, or practice their rituals give for abandoning the Christian belief system. I have known too many people who were consumed by evil to the point of possession; and their lives being destroyed as a result. So many times, their interest in witchcraft began when they sought power to take revenge on another, or as a result of rejection. I firmly believe in a living God who created all things. A living God that wants nothing more than for us to love Him and acknowledge that He is our Heavenly Father and creator. The basic rules that He gave us to enable a peaceful existence on earth were at the onset of law making around the world. I can not accept any power, or spiritual practice, real or perceived that is not of God. The Bible rightfully calls that witchcraft, and therefore, evil. I dont wish harm to anyone, no matter what. My hope is that God reveal His truth to all people. The practice of various forms of witchcraft throughout the world is alarming, and those practices are becoming more and more prevalent. Just look at TV programs and movies, and realize how many programs are now about vampires and mighty powers that are virtually satanic. Witchcraft is not cute, nor funny; and truly does more harm to the person who practices satanic rituals than to their enemies. Satin has no power over a true believer. I reject any/all ill will. In the name of Jesus Christ. There is a spiritual war going on, whether folks want to believe it or not. God bless all.
