From Wealth to Worth... Reminiscing The Princess Diana Matthew 19:21-22 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Why? Why is the abandonment of riches the worth of God? Matthew 19:23-24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. Why? Heres why, Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Need a witness? Luke 12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:19-20 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. 1 Timothy 6:9 They that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. A rich man saved, may only be saved from no need of Salvation. Luke 16:19-25 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores. And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich mans table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abrahams bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried. And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. The rich man was not conscious that he had need of anything, whereof when he crossed over into the realm of the spiritual without faith in God he had nothing. The Devil is the architect of this camouflaged worldwide deception, he did present it to Christ Jesus with alluring charm.... Matthew 4:8-10 The devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Did you see it? Did you see the entrapment of riches? Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Riches will become what you worship and serve! Your preaching will be about money, and the gain of it. You every thought will be about how to make more of it, protect it, and invest it for a tomorrow that is not promised. Riches will consume the identity of its servant with worship of ownership which is only a deception. Nothing can be owned of this world, ask any gravesite if there are not many other graves on top that has been place their and with time faded away for another to purchase with temporary ownership. Just think about it. What is it that you confidently own? Your house? Stop paying taxes which are forever and your house will be a new house to another coming after you. No one can ever own land, it is only leased, your death on earth will release it back as it never was purchased. The riches man ever on earth gives wisdom of his experience with riches. Ecclesiastes 1:2 Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity. Ecclesiastes 2:9-11 So I was great, and increased more than all that were before me in Jerusalem: also my wisdom remained with me. And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my labour. Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun. What is vanity? This is vanity, Wasted time! Ecclesiastes 1:14 I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit Ecclesiastes 2:18 Yea, I hated all my labour which I had taken under the sun: because I should leave it unto the man that shall be after me. Ecclesiastes 12:7-9 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity. Matthew 19:21-22 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Please understand what is being requested in the realm of the spirit, not the flesh/ John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.. This request of Jesus is not about money or possessions! Understand this, 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Just dont become its servant... Psalm 62:10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them. if riches increase, set not your heart upon them Colossians 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Ephesians 3:16-19 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Luke 21:34-35 Take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Proverbs 11:28 He that trusteth in his riches shall fall. Proverbs 13:7 There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches. Proverbs 22:4 By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life. Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Reminiscing The Princess Diana From Wealth to Worth...
