From Woodridge E-News -- A farewell to the Ides farm. Largest Residential Construction in a Decade Underway in Woodridge Construction has begun on the Timbers Edge development, an approximately 55-acre area site west of 83rd Street and Lemont Road that is the former home of Ide Family Tree Farm. Last month, Pulte Homes received approval for a single-family residential development and, when completed, the development will consist of 149 single family lots. The subdivision will have nearly 8 acres that will be dedicated park and open space. Construction of the first phase of the development will take place over the next year and is the first new single-family residential project of this size to begin construction in Woodridge in a decade.
