So YB RAFIZI RAMLIs response, since HE nor the PUBLIC could UNDERSTAND, then he INVITES and even CHALLENGES the Deputy Prime Minister who is also the Education Minister to REVEAL & EXPLAIN to public: 1 ) WHY were ALL 6 Campuses awarded to UMNO Companies and under DIRECT NEGOTIATION with the Government and NOT through competitive bidding or OPEN TENDER to be made known publicly even if it were open ONLY to bumiputra companies? 2 ) WHY is the RENTAL Payment/Lease and ANNUAL Payments 5x the BUILDING Cost of the campuses? 3 ) WHAT are the PROFIT MARGINS for these projects? Maca maner DPM Muhyiddin? Ada BERANI kah to be OPEN and answer these questions to the People IN PARLIAMENT??? -w.i.w.c
