Chris not only took time to explain all the controls and set up bluetooth phone pairing for me, but also explained the main features of the vehicle, compared available trims and compared Accord with CRV which leading to my purchase of my vehicle. He also introduced me to the service team and leading me to be a club member. I dont feel that there is anything that Chris left out in introducing the vehicle.
