From Your Associate Pastor The cooler weather ushered in by the recent rain is a welcomed addition to the beautiful fall colors that create an illusion of the hillsides set ablaze. These are reminders of the change of season and give one reason to pause and offer a prayer of praise and thanksgiving for the wonder of God’s creation. If you haven’t done so today, take a moment to gaze at the beauty around you and offer a prayer to God who created it all. During the month of October we will continue to focus on the role of the Church in the community and how we as followers, individually and collectively, are called to generously use our time, talents and resources to make a positive difference for the causes of Christ. We are richly blessed; how will we use those blessings to bless others? Pray that we will all be found faithful in our responses. - Tim
