From a discussion forum of LinkedIn Group, India Leadership Network My response on Dr. Sudhakar Manavs discussion thread titled What is your opinion on A Society without Caste system and with unification of Faiths. Will it contribute towards social reforms, unity, global peace and better tomorrow? I invite all to provide their view on this ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My comment on thread: I have learnt a lot from the wonderful insight presented by several people in this discussion forum. I thank all of you to enhance my knowledge about the subject which incidentally is my area of research since last 3 years. I have been doing extensive research on finding a solution towards unification of all religions and faith systems and also eradicating the caste systems from Indian communities right from the root, and I am pleased to share that the research has resulted into an outcome of a book titled Code of Citizens Conduct (Rashtradharma), which is written in a state of Transcendental Consciousness. The basis of research was: 1. Why was Bharat (India) called as Sone Ki Chidiya or Vishwaguru in ancient times? Was it due to a prominent religion of todays Bharat, called as Hinduism? 2. Why was caste system created at all, while the ancient scriptures suggest that the classification of humans can only be done based on the work performed by them? The scriptures suggest only four categories of division of work: Brahmin (Mentors), Kshatriya (Leaders), Vaishyas (Managers) and Shudra (Workers), which holds good even in todays world, including all MNCs. 3. Did the initial humans started in forests as evolved form of apes, or they were highly intellectual human beings created directly by the Almighty, as Transcendental Conscious people? Here are the findings as also published in my book: 1. Bharat was called as Sone Ki Chidiya because of the exceptional human and natural resource management policies and processes. Vedas were not religious texts, but constitution of the world order during ancient times. Present day Hinduism had nothing to do with the vedic wisdom, however, they have derived some part of the Eternal Principles in their religious customs. All other religions and faith systems are also the constitution of the communities where they originated, and have several Eternal Principles part of their code of conduct as well. 2. Caste system is an outcome of misunderstanding of the division of work since last 3000 years only. Before that even the kings respected people who did menial jobs. Every work is important and people can only be differentiated (and that also just for the controlling mechanism of work) on the basis of four roles; Mentors (those who advise what is right work and what is wrong work), Leaders (who were responsible to take decisions based on the advise of mentors and create work for others through policies and procedures; third Managers who were entrusted to maintain the Economic Value of the country, institution and the Ecosystem by effective management of resources, and finally the Workers who were responsible for final execution of the tasks. This division of work was nothing but as per the evolution of consciousness of the person; Shudra - Dependents Workers, Vaishyas - Independent workers, Kshatriya - Interdependent worker and Mentors - Oneness Workers). 3. God created human species fully loaded with wisdom of all the Eternal Principles in their mind. We are nothing but a soul in a different level of evolution of that consciousness and must attain/regain our lost consciousness and should work towards achieving our Final Cause (Purpose) of life, before He can take us back. 4. The book contains a benchmark model on the basis of which truth of every religion can be established. The fragmented wisdom in various religions will be integrated as soon as this book starts becoming the Constitution of the New World Order. The Scope of Work to build the system is codenamed as Project YugParivartan. All people in this group discussion are invited to join Project YugParivartan Team. Let us take the control of this planet in our hands and do not wait for the governments of the countries to do something. We are already too late.
