From a momma: I have an 11 week old tube fed baby that I am looking for similar stories. He was born at 37 weeks at 10lbs 9ozs. I was diabetic. He had decreased movement the last 4 weeks and turns out he had a minor stroke around the time of birth. He had an enlarged heart and was in a ventilator for a couple weeks. Almost all of his medical issues have resolved except he doesnt bottle feed enough to survive. He will take 2-3 ozs of a 5 oz bottle he is doing pretty well. From taking 0. And even last week only taking 1-2. But he is so inconsistent. His feeding problem isnt because of a physical problem, because he has good suction and swallows fine. Anyone have babies that wont eat because of neurological problems?
