From a pained man --->>Hello Alai. My name is Kevin Atonya. A prison officer attached @ Meru Prison. I am married to a fellow officer by the name Jane Muthoni and we hav a 3 yr old daughter. Well, my wife really wants to get into acting. Shes been trying to make contacts and she then had one by the name Joel. If uv watched Mashtaka, hes the prosecutor. Two weeks ago she travelled home and her main aim was to organise for a transfer to Nrb area which would open opportunities for her. Av always supported her in this. When she came back, I noticed some change in her which was unusual. She became too protective with her phone. This raised my suspicions. I started slowly investigating. I came to learn that they were exchanging raunchy messages with the aforementioned Joel but I could also tell that most were being deleted. Alai, to be honest my marriage has not been a bed of roses and more times than one weve quarreled. Av physically assaulted her severally, and this I regret, from the bottom of my heart. So last week, here I was holding her phone. I was showing her samn i don rem wat but in comes a watsap message frm Joel. U knw, the msg hangs on th screen for a few secs before minimizing. My wife, grabs the phone, reads it and deletes. I question her directly n she tells me its none of my business. The next thing i remember is slapping her. Not once. Not twice. I don remember how many tyms. I grab her phone. I scroll it. In comes another message Alai. From Joel. The message goes something to the effect of was looking at this pic and imagining how creative i can get with it. He sends the pic Alai. Guess wat!! Its a pic of my wife naked. Alai, i don even have a pic of my wife naked. Seriously. Right there n then i feel i could kill somebody. But i din. I din even hit her again. Theres this feelin that came over me. N i told her i forgive her. And i meant it. An i told her we talk. We din get to talk that night. Nor the next mornin, last Sunday. In the msg Joel send her, he told her to delete the pic after viewing. So during the day, that Sunday i go see her @ wak. I tell her that we must talk. She says okay. Wen i kam back to the house @ around 8pm, i find her and the baby gone. Her phone, mteja. I search for her the whole nyt. I even call her mom. I try the followin morning. It goes thru but she aint picking up. She switches it off. I use my contacts to trace her phone to Thika, her home. I was a little relieved. Later we talk in the evening and she tells me if I want her i should go to her home. I went there today, Wednesday. The parents were welcoming and they let us talk. Alai, my wife says she wants us to separate. She ks adamant she doesnt want to live with me again. I love her very much. But am a realist. If she cant live with me, then she wont. It will only lead to futher heartbreaks. I called Joel on the morning of Sunday. I warned him to keep off my wife. I had also sent him a watsap msg the nyt we fought frm my wifes phone telling him she was married. Alai, my question is, how many vulnerable girks has Joel lured with the promise of securing a place for them in the acting industry?? Whh does Joel keep naked photos of my wife in his phone? What decency is there in keeping naked photos of someone in ur phone? Is Joel married? How would he feel if someone took advantage of his wife or sister? He might argue out that my wife is over 18 n therefore can make decisions, what kind of a role model is he then? If he didnt know she was married, or had a boyfriend, why ask her then to delete the photo after viewing? Alai, as ad told you, i would rather lose my wife to fate than lose her because of such scam. I will attach for you the watsap messages in the subsequent email for your advice. I will also give you his two phone numbers. And kindly advice me. Because i want my wife back. Nb: I tried explaining to my wife that Joel already could hav spotted the potential in her and would want to blackmail her with the pics later in life. They destroy careers.
