From a recent detoxer: Kristins January /New Year De-tox and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process! Had wanted to cleanse since my hip replacement to clear out all the junk the hospital had asked me to take....understandable.... but felt it left me with sleeping issues and a little depleted. The whole process made complete sense to me - the combination of vitamin & mineral support with the clear out, move it out and shake it up! Have just bought the same products she recommends to kick my system into summer gear as its going to be a really busy summer and I want to be at the top of my game and have my natural high energy.
