From a unbiased standpoint as I voted AMEP. History has proven to repeat itself but perhaps on a more detrimental scale. Labor puts budget into deficient perhaps by poor investment scheme eg(roofing bats and school scheme) . Liberal gets back in, makes harsh cuts making people upset but restores financial position of country to positive. 2016-Angry minority becomes slight majority and votes labor back in. Labor pisses away national funds but makes people happy until the fence sitters can see the country is in trouble again financially and jump ship again?! What Australian politics need is a new party, a 3rd primary party to stir things up and provide a real threat and option to break the trend Just my 2c
