From all the posts Im seeing about OsFest it looks like its been a bit of a failure. I know the date changed and the line up lost a headliner (or something?) But most of the people Im seeing posting about it are glad that it has had a poor turnout, bad weather etc. Im curious, why are people happy it has failed? Is it the line up, noise levels, price or personal dislike of one thing or another? Dont get me wrong, its not that I attend or enjoy the style of music thats on, but its not aimed at me. And really, is a weekend of noise once a year really that bad? Its people complaining about noise levels that made (in part) the party in the park disappear. What could be done different to make you attend these sorts of events? Genuine interest, answers on a postcard. Or below.. whichever.
