From an American point of view but sums up how bad milk is for you. I like this scenario: Want some milk in your tea? ... Cows milk right? Meant for Cows! Sorry we havent got Cows milk but we do have Elephants milk - that ok? No, youre not sure.... Ok how about some of the wifes breast milk? Thats just wierd! At least its meant for humans! So who told you Cows milk is meant for humans? Milk is meant to be given by a mother to their young. Be it cats, pigs. Humans apes etc etc. it has all the right nutrients, minerals, bacteria and substance that a baby, or calf or piglet or kitten etc needs. We are the only animals that choose to drink another animals milk. You just dont see tigers hunting deer or zebra and drinking their milk. Oh look mummy theres a squirrel .... Whats it doing? ..... I can guarantee you it wont be sneeking in with the piglets to try and grab some milk. Cows milk is meant for Calfs and damages the human digestive system. Its not natural so dont drink it! So can I just have my tea black then please? Sure, no worries. Or we do have rice milk? Rant over.... Enjoy your cereal.
