From every Monday I am going to post a workout of the week , week 1 focuses on Hiit ( high intensity interval training ) for fat loss , the benefits of this are - burn lots of calories in a very short space of time - build Lean muscle - improve conditioning - lactic acid build up ,releasing more growth hormone therefore resulting in fat loss In the short video I have give an example I have been working in the 8 rep range , completing 4 sets of 8 reps with 90 secs rest beetween so this workout should take no more than 30 mins , you can mix up your excercises but for optimal results I would stick mainly to compound movements for more growth hormone release .
