From first-hand experience with dealing with the federal government over the many years I can tell you that common sense is not a factor. All youre their lawyers, who act as regulators in fields they have no specialty in, know is the law. But they do not think of the intent behind the laws. To add to the problem, they have virtually unlimited power to ruin your life, take everything you have and throw you in jail.
