From friend Doug Brown: California wants to have anyone who wishes to come there, and once they get there they want to give them amnesty/citizenship, and once they get the right to vote they have then have the power to decide how much in benefits to give themselves. And finally to further insure that they actually show up at the polls California wants to explore directly paying them, thus guaranteeing evermore government by voting in more and more liberal Democrats. Yeah, this is gonna work well.
