From hanging out with new friends, to dealing with the death of old, to being a part of a community practicing their right to social action, these last few days have been a NON-STOP roller-coaster of emotion! As songwriters, when were dealt with a heavy hand, its so easy to let depression take over and lose all sense of sight. Thats when its the MOST important to write down what were experiencing and spend times with those whom we love
