From his early years as an assistant Chaplain in Vietnam, to his life-saving work providing millions of meals to the hungry everywhere, Stop Hunger Now founder, Ray Buchanan, has made changing the world his lifes work. We invite you to join Ray and the Triangle Chapter of Veterans For Peace this Friday, Nov 7 at 5 pm at Raleighs State Capitol Grounds as he speaks at the “Raising of the Belltower”. Along with fellow veterans, he will help raise the Swords to Plowshares Belltower - a moveable piece created by Cary artist Roger Ehrlich in honor of all victims and veterans of war regardless of race, faith or nationality.” For more local Veteran’s Day events: ow.ly/DVucX
