From making my way to UofO being of service to the locals on strike making sure they had coffee and tea to having plenty leftover coffee and tea to drink. I decided to take myself down to hang with more local people and share coffee and tea. I called in a sister and a few youth warriors to assist me. IT was awesome to be supportive and serve my local people. I normally set up to vend and sell t shirts to support myself, but this time I set up to be of support. When I first showed up, a homeless person asked me what organization I was with. I said it’s just me for now and that I had others to help me, they were shocked! I said yeah, it’s just me being Native. I was thanked deeply, but they still couldn’t believe I wasn’t with an organization. I even gave hugs, tears flowed to the person I hugged, she said she’d never been hugged in a long time. I could tell she needed a big long hug. My assistants served hot coffee and tea with compassion. We also met up with a relative from down home who said it made his heart feel proud that we were down there serving them. It’s tough out there. I just got a full time job and will take myself down there as much as I can to help out with whatever I can for it is cold out there. If there are other people that want to join me the next time I hang out with the real locals on the spur of the moment, let me know. I ask Creator to bless all these wonderful beautiful people with warm clothes, hot food, hugs, love, peace, and happiness all in a good way. For they are real people too. Our blood is the same color. I thank my helpers. All my relations.
