From member : Hi Would anyone in Woking with a one bedroom flat or house be interested in swapping to Guildford. I currently have a very large studio flat in Guildford which is decorated to a high standard. I am ground floor with a wet room instead of bath so would be prefect for an elderly or disabled person. The local shops are a 5 minute walk, the buses to town run every 10 minutes and take around 5 minutes to enter Guildford town centre and town is a 3 minute car drive away. I currently live in Stoughton which is a quiet area and have lovely neighbours. There is a communal garden and as we are ground floor are balcony has a gate which leads out on to it. I am willing to leave any furniture throughout. I am willing to start again from scratch with furniture and decorating so interior decor does not matter to me. Also my bedroom has fitted wardrobes and there are 4 more additional cupboards for more storage. Although my property is a studio I would like to add it has a separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, hallway, front and back door and security door with buzzers on the main external door.
