From musical master classes to art installations to live - TopicsExpress

From musical master classes to art installations to live performances, DMPS schools in the Turnaround Arts program are using the creative arts to support and improve learning throughout their classrooms. The federal program, supported by the Presidents Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, was launched three years ago at Findley Elementary School and a handful of other schools throughout the nation. Last spring, the program expanded to include all of the schools feeding into North High School.
