From my friend Greg Hlatky concerning the (most recent) privacy/legal talisman flap over Facebook: As of January 5, 2015 at 12:30 PM CST I DO NOT give Facebook, or any entities associated with Facebook, or any of you villeins and peasants any permission to use my noble visage, my lapidary statements, my penetrating wisdom, my Great Seal of Office or my Tarnhelm. Grave penalties can only be avoided by groveling osculation of my podiatric extremities. Furthermore I declare that in accordance with the October Diploma of 1860 and the Treaty of Westphalia, Facebook items including but not limited to personal details, illustrations, photos, posts, engravings, daguerrotypes and chromolithographs may not be comminuated, crosslinked, extruded, grafted, acylated, pultruded, powder coated or thermoformed without my express written consent and that of the National Football League. Me too!
