From my friends at Gillilands Heritage Alpacas (The Official Site) = please read & post! Help catch these awful people! My heart is breaking because Friday night 6/28 after 1:30am some very Evil people murdered one of our male alpacas (Patches) and a female alpaca of mine named Sandi Lynn. Patches was a very gentle male and has never even spit at anyone much less hurt someone. There were 3 or more people that trapped this big 500lb. male and shot him at point blank range twice with a small caliber gun and then cut his ear very badly. Then they chased all the alpacas, turned over a large fan onto the ground and proceeded to shoot Sandi Lynn in her Left lung! We would like to thank Barrow County law enforcement for coming out and piecing the crime scene together. Our Investigator is Jason Wilkerson and his phone number is 770-307-3080 Ext. 1108. Our case number is 2014-06-2988! WE ARE OFFERING A $500 Reward and a couple of farm friends have added $20 to that so now it $520 REWARD for any info leading to the prosecution of our beloved Patches and Sandi Lynn = Value $35,000. By the way this is a felony and if anyone hears someone bragging or posting footage of this horrific slaughter of our family please call the number above you can stay anonymous and hopefully our alpaca farmer friends will help us increase this Reward!!! This senseless killing of our furry family has got to stop now!!! Please help us put these killers in prison! Parents talk to your kids that stayed out late Friday night or stayed over at a friends house. They did not steal anything, they we there just to torture and kill my family!
