From my last post about giving for legitimate causes , not focusing on the negative aspects of the method used - in Russellville - Hispanics , and the poor give the most - ( if you dont understand please go back and read the post ) this leads to my next question ..... Why , do the Hispanics and the poor give to a worthy cause in the town / city that they inhabit or the intersection that they have come to and the others give the least - why , my friends , why ?
