From my point of view all the attempted answers to the Cosmic Riddle, embodied in the various religious scriptures, represent the harvest of a direct experience of the World of Consciousness. I believe there is a world of Consciousness as there is a world of Matter. The two are not separate realities, but two different aspects of the same Reality. Our mind and senses are the instruments to gain knowledge of the world of matter. By their very constitution they are incapable of penetrating into the Universe of Consciousness. For this, another channel of perception is necessary. There is a possibility in the human brain to develop this super-sensory channel of cognition. .... Through this channel consciousness can directly come into communication with its own world in the same way as it is able to come into contact with the world of matter through its five senses and the intellect.
