From @olychad : 165kg for a set of 5 touch and go in the snatch dead lift. Working to maintain tension, position, bar closeness and overall quality with a heavier and heavier load for insurance with the snatch. This is about 115-120% of my current snatch which is a good percentage to aim for. But if you are inconsistent in your positions and movements then you should focus on that over weight first, and even slow the exercise down and/or add some pausing at the knee on the way up and/or on the way down to help you achieve the desired positions. I like that the touch and go requires you to do a a good snatch dead lift in reverse, and it adds a little difficulty to the goal at these percentages. But, be sure to take that out and reset between each rep if it allows for better quality. #crossfit #crossfitweightlifting #mikesgym
