From one dream team to another. We move onto the College’s ‘summer game’, where we will select a dream team for the last decade (2002-present). The panel has divided nominated players of this era into six categories. These are (the brackets show how many players will make the team in this category) top order batsman (2), middle order batsman (2), all-rounders (3), wicket-keepers (1), fast bowlers (2) and spin bowlers (1). The reason why three all-rounders will be selected is because of the nature of College cricket producing a number of prominent all-rounders. If you have any further nominations, please send these in via private message and the panel will consider these. College cricket has developed significantly during this period, moving from the TCA 2nd grade competition to becoming a Premier Mens Grade force, culminating in a T20 final appearance earlier this year, as well as numerous wins over rivals NPBHS. As per the rugby side, like the corresponding players that you feel deserve to be in the side. We get stuck in tonight with top order batsman (classed as batters who generally bat 1-3):
