From one of our fans, suggestions will be appreciated. Need some advice. Figured I would ask the experts/OII fans out there. I used to drive a 2003 WJ but had to trade it in for something bigger as my family grew. I now own a 2008 Durango and I would love to drive it on the beach a few times this summer before my kids go back to school. My only concern is the running boards on the Durango. Are there any precautions I should take? I never had any problems with my jeep down in Oregon Inlet but worry that these running boards might get ripped off or damaged. Any advice from fans with similar vehicles would be greatly appreciated.
